When trying to login to Account Management Control Panel an error message shows

When trying to login to Account Management Control Panel an error message shows.

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

I am using the forum username / password. I have only just created my account on x10hosting.
I was attemping to install moodle using fantastico, with little success. I was hoping that changing the php version to 2 would fix this but no account management panel.

Did you recently have any changed made to your account once it was created? Did you switch from Ad-Free to Ad-Enhanced or anything like that?

I can now access the account panel.
I can now successfully install moodle.

In answer to the question, no I havn't changed the account at all. It was exactly as created
