When will new sign-ups be reopen???

I have been trying to sign up for a new account and its way past 20th which was stated on he sign up website, so when will u guys reopen signups?

There are still some issues with migration (e.g. x05 isn't working properly), therefore, I imagine, you'll have to wait until everything is back to normal until sign-ups will reopen
