Hi, I know everyone is busy getting things running again, I'm in no hurry to have this fixed but I have two problems with my site quantum.elementfx.com.

First even though I have the banner code in my index placeholder page the banner is not showing up. Just a concern, I don't want to be suspended for non-compliance.

Second I get this message when logging into x10:
An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.
