I want to ad my own domain to your cpanel and I have l ready change the dns servers to poiunt to x10, I went to add it on and it told me to take it out of here httpd.conf, where do I find httpd.conf?

cPanel --> Domains --> Parked Domains OR Addon Domains

Parked == parked on top of your main domain. Just an alias. Exact same content. Not a redirect.

Addon == separate content from you main domain. Stored in a subdirectory of public_html.

If you get an error message, reprint the entire thing here. Do not paraphrase, that doesn't help. Also, include the domain name you are trying to add and whether it should be Parked or Addon.
