Where did the back up go

It seems the back up option is lost from the control panel. :dunno:. where did it go?

Also, there are many times when I cannot access my site although others at different network does. Whats wrong with my ip. Is each account restricted to certain ips?

Are you sure it's not just because the server you're on is down?

The backup feature that is now used at x10 hosting is R1Soft. I'm not sure how often it is, but, the server takes a backup of your files and stores it on the server. You just need to find the designated back up you'd like to use and select it.

There used to be a zip site backup, I think. Another user commented about it being missing as well.

It's easy to do this by yourself. Select the files you want to backup in file manager, click "compress", and download/ftp it to your computer.

MySQL databases can be exported using PHPMyAdmin.

If you find someone a little more linux terminal savvy than me, you can probably make a CRON job to do this for you.
