Where do I go to edit my website?

I've read about this and tried to follow but still can't find where to edit.
I've logged onto cPanelX, but what do I hit to get to my site to edit it?
I've got the WP Installed and need to add posts and finish configuring everything like I want.
I'm lost, please help me.

For WP, or wordpress u should login to the admin area http://yoursiteWPaddress.com/wp-admin.php

But if you taking about editing files on your site, you need to open File Manager from cPanel or use an FTP client and connect to your remote files using FTP.

Only touch files under public_html


Eh wat the heck, just don't touch any files if u're unsure.

What's your site URL?
Did you install WP yourself or via softaclous or similar auto-installers?
Are you familiar with WP or is this the first time you are using WP?
