Where is my homepage?

Where can i find and edit my homepage?

I've looked almost everywhere in my Cpanel and i cant seem to find it...

Will someone please tell how to get there?

um homepage meaning index?
the file should be index.html located in public_html

when you get your account first, there is no index and you will have to create one
