These are in inverse order from most recent to oldest - on october 26th you were warned you were about to be suspended for inactivity, and then were suspended november 11th for inactivity. On November 27th 2010 at 5:57pm, after being suspended for 14 or more days, your account was terminated from the servers. The account is gone.
