Did the files disappear after the most recent server transfer? All I see are folders in your account.

If it was like that for weeks why would you wait to create a ticket? Your files were probley lost during the server move, and due to your negligence I can't help you recover the files.

they disappeared in July and I opened support request http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/128167-my-files-not-moved-fris.html

you were moving accounts all the time and i was patient with that, but now is obvious that you lost my files.. and also my domain name breakinthewall.org is not in the list of add-on domains..

@brandon
it's not fair to accuse user of the free hosting service, because you lost my files, not me! you are service provider - so you were negligent!

The thread you opened was also during when we were finding out Fris was completely fried, and was closed as part of one of the News/Announcements topics because there were too many tickets related to the server itself being down.

There was an update around the 19th or 20th of july indicating if you had any problems, you needed to open a ticket again as all old ones had been closed. There doesn't appear to have -been- a second thread from you, which is why the files never got restored.

This is why it was negligent of you to not ask about your account for over two months. x10hosting expects free account users to view and keep up with the current news in the news and announcement threads in order to be informed with what's going on with their hosting accounts.

http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/130105-overall-update.html <---This explains why your thread was closed without an answer. Since then, you haven't been on fris, you are on the server starka.
http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/130967-new-update.html
http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/132911-additional-update.html<----All accounts that haven't ask for a restore of their files by the cut off date can't get a restore. The backups are completely deleted now. The TOS even states that:
6. System Backups

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups.

A backup was previously offered but you asked 6 days too late with this thread. It's unfortunate, but if you don't have a local backup yourself, there's nothing that x10hosting can do about it now.
