where is the "Scripts, 3rd Party Apps, and Programming" forum ?

when I click on [ FORUMS ] - next to [ MEMBERS ] - at the top of this page
there is no longer a "Scripts, 3rd Party Apps, and Programming" forum listed

while I have a link to that forum - I am not sure if that forum can be used

I don't believe it's meant to be active anymore; during the last forum rearrangement/cleanup it looks like it got removed. Even if it's still usable, without a direct-link no one can view it anyways, so you might be best off just switching it to Off Topic (that'd be the next-closest match out of what's still available).
