If there is a widespread issue or maintenance ongoing you should be checking http://status.x10hosting.com, any maintenance or long term issues will be posted there. Updates are posted to the original announcement at the bottom so you should refresh it often.
As a quick update here. We will be rebooting Lotus shortly to apply an additional set of changes to resolve the FTP limit issue it has been having. We foresee no further reboots after this one, the previous issue causing it to crash and require an FSCK has not been seen yet, so that is good news.
We will be starting Chopin this evening so check the status site for information regarding the progress on that server.
