where to upload site files

Hi just having trouble finding how to get to the file manager in the new setup so that I can reinstall files form My site. Please ignore this I managed to find the cpanel by typing it into my URL. I was looking for a link somewhere.

Your File Manager is found in cPanel. Upload files to the public_html directory.

There isn't any new setup for cPanel.

Your cPanel is found at (domainname):2082.
