Where to upload while waiting for domain to resolve

Is there a URL or an FTP host address that can be used to upload files to my site while I am waiting for the domain name to resolve?

Your site appears to be working now, If you cannot reach it, you could try uploading to: lotus.x10hosting.com

I'm not sure if that will work, but I think it will.
