Hey all,

I finished and made the first page of a new design last night and I dont want to keep adding to it unless its better than my surrent design.

So what I would like is for you to tell me which design you feel is better.

CURRENT: www.distrasdesigns.com

LATEST??: www.distrasdesigns.com/replace

Thanks,
Mike

EDIT: also, on the 'LATEST??' design, where the image of the girl is on the right hand side, that will be a random image script that will show a different image each time the page is loaded

Current is better for now; if you made the latest one look more visually appealing, i.e. glossy/shiny image fx, it'd be more professional

i prefer the one u recently designed.

however a few more glossy effects should be applied

Your replacement design is better than the current one.

And if you DO choose to apply more glossiness, don't overdo it; it'll make you look amateurish.

Other than that, your content is spilling out of your boxes.

ok, im not going to use the Latest one, as i feel it is the image of the girl that is selling the site.

But ill keep in mind that layout i used for something else.

Ive made this design for a model using that same design, but different colour. It doesnt have any glossy-ness to it but i think it looks good and generally works.

www.michelleegan.co.nr

and just finished:

www.amandawilson.co.nr

Let me know what you think of these two, thanks

thanks, i really wanted to use the 'Latest' template, as the layout is different to most sites.

The thing is, I regularly create portfolio's for models (lucky me), and that design seems to work better for portfolio websites. :)

I like the first one better, judging as the second one isn't working. Bummer.

I prefer the current design....it kinda looks like it's Web 2.0.
