The thing is "the line between the hacking/cracking worlds is pretty thin". People's thoughts can go either way. I still remember when autopatcher.com faced the heat from MS - because they were giving out security patches (created by MS) in their autopatcher program. The project almost came to an end.
Now you are thinking whats the relation with autopatcher.com and my site - I just gave out a patched theme to be installed on a server which is not supposed to have any themes..
