White page

Hi, im a spanish user of x10HOSTING and I have a big problem. Today, I install a social network in my hosting with the database and all things. The configuration page is OK but when I connect to my page I've got a white screen.

I install PHP 5.5 but now, I have the white screen yet. I need help because is a important job. Sorry for my english (I dont know that is good or bad).

I'm starting to lose my patient. In the web they say that the service is really good but is a LIE! I'm starting to use this service and if the service is the best I would buy a Premium service but in this situation this is ridiculous!

You should know that this is free hosting and it isn't really that related to premium (completely different configuration's).

Volunteers are the ones who mostly go around this forum and assist. They can choose when they wish to come on. After all, they're not being paid for this.

The only best word of advice is to be patient. Also, I would refrain from using that sort of attitude as it isn't going to help speed up support. Once again, this is free not paid.

Your social network was forcing zero error reporting on your site, causing a blank page to be shown instead of the real error. I commented out the error_reporting line in ./assets/includes/core.php and a PHP error is now being displayed.

Okay first sorry for my comment, I was stupid, SORRY but is a important job for my school. I've got a lot of problems in my web as you see now. I replace the host to localhost. Then I have this errors:

I see '(4)' in the error.
Can you post the line that mentions mysql*_connect()? Of course, censor out the database name with something like 'database,' also applied to the username and password (for security).

You have a space at the start of your database host. Please remove it.

And final question... Would I have a social network in this hosting? In other hosting I have a lot of problems with the CPU, databases etc...

I would just jump into this thread here to say that I also have the X10 Premium hosing account as well as test account here and since, like noted below, that THIS side is volunteer, the support is really good but you need to wait a bit to get a response, but you WILL get a response. As for the Premium support, it is ABSOLUTLEY STELLAR! I have had hosting at other sites and never have I been treated so positively or had customer service that went far and away above my expectations to help resolve an issue. If you are considering moving to the Premium setup, I highly encourage you to do so. You will not have any regrets!

Hi,

This depends on the number of visitors and the software you are using. Although you shouldn't have any problems with database limits, you can monitor your CPU usage through the "Resource Monitor" after switching to the cPanel x3 theme.

Yea I've got a great service but my friends say that they can't see many images and their accounts log out fast.
This problem is only in this host. You'd know because it's happening?
