White Screen Of Death

hi,

when i load up my homepage
http://btrc.exofire.net
i get i white screen
i refresh and refresh but nothing happens

i have go files uploaded
e.g index.php

but all i get is a white page
can somebody tell me why this is happening

Did you upload your files to the public_html folder?
