whitelist my domain/account against mod_security

I am getting error when trying to do anything from Admin CP of my site/forum, I can log in to Admin CP but cant do anythin from there, When ever I click any option I get the following error.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I havent changed anything recently, I last accessed the Admin CP 15 days back without any problem but now I am not able to do anything.

and MyBB Version 1.4.2

when I contacted mybb board they said contact your host and ask them to whitelist your domain/account against mod_security.

Please whitelist my domain/account against mod_security.

It seems to be working fine now. Can you confirm this?
Forbidden errors are usually folder/file permission problems. Mod_security errors would be not acceptable errors.

I am still gtting the same error.
I am able to login to Admin CP and after logging I go to URL
http://www.amritaraofansite.com/forum/admin/index.php

If I click any option on this page then I get the forbidden error.

Please disable the Mod_security for my account, If it does not solve the problem you can enable it again.
