WHMCS not able to verify license

For some reason, my site, which is trying to run WHMCS, cannot connect to the license verification server. It says that it could be behind a firewall, so I contacted WHMCS's support to see what ports needed to be open. They said that only port 80, the default http port, was required. Even on x10's mostly locked down server, port 80 is open, yet WHMCS still can't connect.

You can access the site yourself at http://www.hostnth.com/admin and see that it can't connect (takes about 30 sec to load).

Can someone help me here?

Hi panop,

I currently get a 404 error when I browse to the link you provided. Can you check that the file/folder exists and that it's browse-able? Also, URL_fopen could be disabled, which could explain why WHMCS cannot connect to the license server.

Sorry, the link is http://www.support.hostnth.com/admin. Also, how would I enable url_fopen? Does that have to be changed on a server admin level?
