unforunatly i can down load the file (server maintanence but if its anything like the high pitch wine that some electronics make i can definatly hear it! I find that noise Sooooo iritating iv gone though 3 TV set because they made that noise. (when i took them back the manager couldn't here it but her staff could. So she took them back
