Whtt's going on with a server?

Why instead of main page I see "cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" and following text:
" If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:

* The IP address has changed.
* There has been a server misconfiguration.
* The site may have been moved to a different server.

If you are the owner of this website and were not expecting to see this page, please contact your hosting provider."
Instead of all pages i see 404 Error.
When it will be available?

Can you tell me when this started?
Do you remember which server you were on? (You are now on Fris, but it would help to know what server you started out on).

another reason to leave x10, i still haven't solved the previous problem, after the previous downtime and now I cant even access the site, and neither can any of my visitors

It started 3-5 hours ago.
I started at Lotus, but something happened and I have been moved to Fris.

I am trying to narrow the problem down.
I know it is wide spread.
Cossacks and Lotus were moved to Fris.
Absolut is being moved now.
So I wanted to know if this was a "recent move" Absolut or one that had been there.
My friend on Fris (from Lotus) does not have the problem. So it is not everybody on Fris.

Have you changed/added your domain name recently? (not an accusation...trying to figure out what caused the problem).

No, i didn't. There are no any addon, parked or subdomains. Everything i did today - changed a passwords.
Also, I uploaded several files via cPanel file manager, but it was after i found an error.

I was on Lotus, now I am on Fris.
I have similar problems (my Add on domains can not be visible 18 days and same ERROR message appears) !!
Lot of people are with similar problem !

I was able to log into mine only about an hour ago & now I also cannot login to cpanel, my ftp or webmail. I get a Failed to Connect error page when I try to access my website. http://www.lemonbirdy.net =0(

My site is unavailable again, it worked ok for a while (last time i tested was something like 10 h ago) and now its giving that "default web page" error again.
