Why am i being ignored

can the admon guys please explain to me why my support request appear to be being ignored I have had one ope sine the 12/04 and yet nothing has been done about it and my site has been down for ages now

This problem has been going on since at least March 9.
He has been very patient. His threads keep getting closed or escalated.
Nothing has been done.

There is an account out there on chopin, cPanel username james . Apparently it is not linked to a Forum account. It is his account.

How hard is it to link his Forum account and the cPanel account?

Now his account is showing a database error because of the mysql migrations. Easy to fix. If he can get into cPanel, which he can't because the accounts are not linked.

If you cannot do it, please let him know.

I am on the Chopin Server

It would appear that the link between my hosting account and forum account and account panel and cpanel link has been lost some where along the line here are my details

Cpanel user name = james
forum user name = jtaah
website = www.hauntedwa.x10hosting.com
account panel user name = jtaah
server = chopin

I hope that this info helps with the rectification of this
