Why am i being suspended?

hello,

Why am I being suspended while trying to upload photos to my wordpress blog.

here's how it goes:

When updating my wordpress blog, I added photos to my blog to show for the readers of my blog. While uploading the photos, I went check the progress of the uploading of photos. Then most of my uploading has still the status of crunching.
Here's the photo


Then I was confused why their status is crunching. By the way, when Wordpress is finishing uploading photos it has an open that is clickable, its Show button. As you can see there.

When I try to check my blog. I came across to the suspension page due to the high cpu usage and such errors that prevents me from visiting my blog.

Then I arrived in that error. I repeated this 2 times already and it is the same error.

Need help.
