Why am I getting cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi coming up when I browse to my webpage?

I added a additional domain to my existing account.
When I try to get to the new website, it brings me to my web address, with the extension ...cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi ....which brings me to a default webpage.

How do we change this so the website goes to the proper site?

Hint: check status.x10hosting.com and this should be in the Free Hosting section.
