why are all my backends down

both in mysql and from the site all of my database tables are down? i just registered with this site and am using the free host as a test bed which will most likely be upgraded to the best you can offer once i get things ironed out ... not the best first impression however

I am able to visit your website and come across this page attached. Can you point me to a page that is throwing a MySQL error if you are still getting them? I haven't seen any issues about MySQL lately, so make sure the settings are correct. Hostname is localhost. cPanel gives the database name, and anything else such as Database users you should know (I can't look it up).

it came back up quickly

was getting sql errors on every public page and even from my phpmyadmin

just finished getting the base loaded too
