Why are my videos being deleted?

Im using free hosting service and trying to have a portfolio hosted on my website

I upload my videos via FTP and a day later they are NO LONGER there. I don't understand what the problem is. my videos are 20mbs and are only 10 seconds.

Why do they keep getting deleted and removed? About to go to weebly for some basic hosting because this is ridiculous.

edit; Why am I also forced to re-upload my videos every time? because I don't have "premium" i have to ask here.

There is a 10MB file size limit on Free Hosting (see the Terms of Service). You can upload files larger than 10MB, since uploading and extracting a ZIP makes sense when deploying or restoring a site, but there's only a four-hour lifetime for large files, after which they will be automatically deleted. 20mb/s for ten seconds is 23MB or thereabouts. You can try a different compression to reduce file size.
