Hello,
I've been using x10hosting for a few months now, and though its is very good overall, I have run in to a serious issue. My website will be working fine but after a day or two certain files will get reduced to 0 bytes. These are not big 10MB or greater files. These are things like index.php in various subfolders. As far as I can see there is nothing wrong the files or the code in them. They upload fine and once refreshing, the web pages load as expected. I check the file manager a day after and a file that was a few KB is now 0 bytes. Completely blank. This is a serious issue as it basically breaks the website and happens unpredictably. I do not want to re-upload the same files every day just to keep the website working. Why is this happening and what can be done to fix the problem, and please don't ask for an upgrade as I've heard x10hosting is supposed to have excellent free hosting.
