Why are stoli down so often?

Why? A easy way to see if stoli is down is looking at my sig. No image = Stoli is down

I just checked the status page and the http daemon is (or was..) indeed down. And just as I checked, refreshed this page, and suddenly working again! httpd and exim down. Any specific errors?

exim is part of the email server (or maybe it Is the email server, either way it affects only the email)
