Why can't I access my subdomain for editing and adding pages?

I tried numerous times all with the same result:

Unable to make a connection. Please try again.

I know my password, and have entered it.
What could I be doing wrong?
Do I need to adjust some settings?

Try resetting your password via the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control, a lot of passwd files were corrupted during restores.
