Why can't I create a Mysql database?

I have this - Hosting Type:Ad-Enhanced

But in cPanel it shows this on the left side - SQL Databases 0/0
If I try to create it through cPanel it doesn't give me an error but it doesn't create anything either.


Did I pick the wrong hosting type? I need a mysql database for my website.

You currently have the Static plan for the Ad Enhanced package, with does not come with any databases. You will need to upgrade your account to either the Advanced or Corporate plan, via your AMP ( http://x10hosting.com/account ), if you wont to use MySQL databases with your account.

How to I change it from Static to Advanced?
I see Advanced and Intermediate options, but they're both for PHP stuff. - is that what I need to change?
