Why does x10Hosting Status say [Complete] Stoli - Maintenance when it is not complete

Why does x10Hosting Status say

[Complete] Stoli - Maintenance

when it is not working for over 24 hours now. Missing php extensions, no ftp access. How can maintenance cause so many problems? I opened a support ticket, but no response. If x10 Hosting Status told us what is really going on that would be much better.

2 days of offline for disabling pdo, after that a complete disappear of db so...

So why do you bother offering free hosting then? I am guessing there is still value for free users like myself and others on this forum. Not only are we likely to convert to paid users, we are also those who will give you a good review if we are satisfied with your service. From a business standpoint, this is a return that is not simply measured by how many ad clickthroughs you get per minute.
