Why don't work?

I'm changed my main domain and now site don't work about 2 days.
I wrote ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.
Need help.

Hosting Username: subkey
Hosting Server: starka
Main Domain: subkey.ru

I see a page with "Портфолио" written at the top. Flush your DNS

Now all work, thanks. But yesterday i'm flushing dns too and it's don't helped.

It takes the DNS about 24 hours to change
