Why has my site been intermittently up and down?

This has been happening for the past 3 weeks. It blacks out for a couple of hours and then is on for another couple of hours, and then back down again. Site is on the Lotus server. When will this be fixed?

If something is wrong with the service, check the service alerts. That's what they're there for.

This is still happening and there is nothign on the status updates page that pertains to my current problem. Anyone else experiencing this? Can this be resolved please?
