why hosting is not working?

domain neelgo.x10.mx is taking too long to load home page without css.
and the domain which is parked on this domain neelgo.x10.mx. is not loading at all
How it all started
on the parked domain i was creating a subdomain
it was successful but subdomain was not loading even after 3 days.
after this same happened with main domain which is parked on neelgo.x10.mx.
i had a look at zone editor it was showing error in retrieving records now showing no error and no records.( i never touched anything).
files and db are all fine . there is nothing to do with files and db.
there is something wrong with dns my nameservers are set to x10 hosting. i never changed them. As i said everything was working fine before this incident.
kindly reset things not db and files.
its is all down since 8 days.

parked domain is also working for me too.
but the main thing which i wanted to do was to create a subdomain neelesh on parked domain panel messaged me it was created successfuly can you load the subdomain
neelesh on parked domain?
its not working for me.

Does it appear on cPanel --> Subdomains ?
If you go to cPanel -> Advanced DNS Zone Editor, is it listed?

i had a look at zone editor it was showing error in retrieving records now showing no error and no records.( i never touched anything).

there is an error "Failed to fetch zone file for parked domain " same error for neelgo.x10.mx , nothing is shown after it.
