Why hosting not start?

Hello Derek or anybody from support! Since last post - 4 days ago Please tell me TRUE - I am from Russia and my site will be (if it will be on your site) on Russian language. My question is : !!! Really peoples in russian forums tell me - x10hosting.com - always delete russian sites??? If it is reality, then i will go on other site. Please do not defraud me that I did not lose time. !!!!
