Why I can not brower my page?

I have my own domain. I set name server to NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS1.X10HOSTING.COM . I upload an index.html to /public_html/ . At first, it can show my page if I put url: myname.com
if I put url: www.myname.com it goes to other webpage.
Now, it is totally not available. Just show me host not accessable no matter what I input in the url.

Could someone give me any help? Thanks in advance.

Try clearing your browser's cache. Because of a problem with the CPanel software, the free servers are experiencing higher than normal downtime and your site may be down throughout the day.
