Why I cannot login my cpanel

Having followed your instruction of chaning password, yet I still cannot login cpanel. My problem excatly the same to the user ashwar and his final settledown was acheived via the help of moderatora.

I read his post as follows：

I got it solved, a moderator ( Anna) Pm'ed me a new Random Password, then I changed it to my own. Now I can Access it. Contact the Moderators, maybe they can help.

My second problem is I must modify my main domain. But the changing of my main domain from the default subdomain mydomain. x10.mx to my top level domain I bought is always in waiting！Please hlep me. Thank you.
