why i cant enter in Admin panel? now i have created acount and i look this:

I do not have a free hosting account so I am not 100% sure unfortunately. However, by reading the message it appears as though you need 2 accounts, client and hosting.

Have you got 2 accounts? And are they linked together?

Hmm sorry. I'm not quite sure. I don't have a free account so i've never done that before. Although lots of people seem to be having this problem.

When did you create your account?

I am seeing that you have a hosting account. However, it's with the new server, so the system maybe doesn't recognize it.

Yes, im afraid you may need to wait for an admin to fix this issue. They are very fast and i'm sure they're already working on it.

I am a premium user. I can assure you the service is excellent, and the issue you currently have would almost certainly not happen on a premium server. However, it is happening because of an upgrade so it will be worth it in the end.

Premium users have a lot less restrictions than free users. I could be wrong, but I think I have shell_exec() on my account.

I have tried lots of hosts, x10 is the best I have seen so far. It's really a great host.
