Why I cant get access to my web site and cPanel?

When I click my web site http://mybest.x10.mx/ nothing happen. Why?

I am not sure what issues you are having with cPanel, but your website is not functioning as expected because you do not have index.html or index.php in your public_html directory. You installed phpbb to the "forum" directory instead of public_html which means you now have to go to http://mybest.x10.mx/forum/ to view your forum.

I can open both of those links. Try clearing your browser cache and try again.

Just one more thing to try. Please go log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, and then find and click the login to cPanel button. Let us know if that works.

First success! I switched on Opera Turbo and now I can see mybest.x10.mx I don't know, why, but it works. (My connection is not slow - 1 Mbit/sec.)

No, cPanel doesn't work. I can see only the link https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ and in a minute "Unable to connect to remote server

Oops. Can't connect again. Even with Opera Turbo switched on. I think it's provider's fault. (I'm from Russia, very far from USA) I'll ask my friend to check the link, and then I'll post the result.
