Why I can't post into another threads, while others do?

For ages ( :biggrin: ) I knew that we are not allowed to post to other threads rather than ours in free hosting forum...But somehow I stuck with a thread where newly registered user with few posts could post, but when I try, it says it is unavailable etc...how it could be?

It seems someone closed thread (or automatically?) without any reply...
