Why i get this error??

Well i testing a lrgal game and it appears this error:

And the email dont arribe

Well looks to me like you did something wrong with the php code. If i were you i would check the page and re look it.

Looks like your on a lower php version meaning you cant use all php features,

I think thats still the case anyway,
