Why I'm a Suspended ?

Hello,
Why my account is suspended ( pisio ) ?
In Reason types : user transfered to another server.
But that is not true! I keep this site to show on my masters my work, but now my work doest'n exist. Two months work disappeared...... :X


At least can you Recover my files?

They are working on recovering files; the suspension was done to prevent you from modifying files as your account is transferred.

The reason for said transfer was detailed on http://status.x10hosting.com 2 days ago - Cossacks, your server, has an HDD failing. They're working on getting everyone to a new server to avoid data loss.

How long will it take to restoration of files?
And you can somehow get to what I do?
I understand that you want from me each month to enter at least one time in your account.
Sorry, my fault! But mainly I'm interested in the files.

Your best bet is to check the link once in a while for an update. It could be another day before everything is finished.
