If you want less downtime consider buying a hosting package so you will be moved to the paid servers which will be less downtime (actually, absolutely no downtime).
You talk like all free web hosting have down time like you guys have. And PLEASE i am just asking why? coz if it will always be like this then its almost like nothing.
As you would remember, the servers were undergoing major restructures and there are bound to be problems soon after. Hopefully the services should be back to normal in a few days.
