Why do you suspect your account is not active?
Are you able to access and login to your Hosting Account Panel ?
Are you able to login to your cPanel?
I was able to your domain with no problems. It is showing a directory listing suggesting that you have not yet uploaded anything to your website yet.

If you are referring to SiteReptile Website Builder there is currently an issue with that program. Staff is aware of the problem and it should be resolved in a couple of days.
If you are having difficulties with anything else just post back and we will assist you farther.

Read over Free Hosting FAQ's. You will find the answer to many common questions there.

FTP Settings:
Host: Domain Name
Username: Your cPanel username
Password: cPanel Password
Port: 21

Upload your files to the public_html directory

You are required to login to the forums once a month in order to avoid the inactivity suspension. You are not required to post.

what cpanel username??
When you login into your cPanel you are asked for a username and password. Use that username.
and how will i setup my ftp to upload in /public_html folder???
This will vary somewhat depending on what FTP program you are using, but there should be a setting somewhere where you can change the upload directory. If you cannot figure it out let us know what FTP you are using and somebody will try to help you out. I don't use FTP myself, but there are many other folks here who can sort that out if needed.

Another alternative would be to turn on Private Messaging in your Forum Settings and I could PM it to you.
