Why is my account not being setup!

My free account has been setting up for like 9 hours.
Can anyone help me because it wont let me create a new request.

Account creation is an automated system queue. The only thing to do is to wait for the queue to move along normally. Your account will be automatically created when it makes it to the front of the queue. The longer it takes, the larger the queue is or it could be a little slowed due to any server maintenance.

It will be processed by tomorrow, creations are at the lowest priority currently while maintenance is performed.
