why is my account suspended I did not transfer my account to another server?

Why is my account suspended? The reason given was that I transferred my account to a different server. I did not transfer my account to another server. I need to get my site, http://rapturebride.info, online as soon as possible. Please help me.

My last question was accidentally entered from my wife's account. I will ask it again because it is very important that I get my site, rapturebride.info, back on line. I know I have a free account, but I have a following of people that are wondering what happened to the site. The site is an important source of info for them. The site has been down 3 days. Is there any hope that the server will be changed anytime soon? Is there anything that I need to do to get it back online or do I just have to be patient? Any info about the server change that you can give me would be appreciated.
