Why is my account suspended?

if your site is http://www.csefair.com/ then it is working fine.
If not then check the suspension reason in your account panel -->http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

www.csefair.com is hosted in another server. I was planning to move it to x10hosting.com
However, here my site is www.ptcfriends.com. I was uploading a SMF 1.1.11 forum script. And its suspended immediately. Is this the cause of my suspension?

You are using high resources to uploading the smf.
Generally you have to upload the zip or tar.gz file then you can uncompress it there.
Otherwise you can use FTP client to upload the individual files to your hosting account.
1st and 2nd high resource usages can be unsuspended yourself in your account panel.
If it is third then staff has to unsuspend you.
Right now your account is fine.
