No, and not until your current one is purged from the system after a minimum of 14 days. What's the point of issuing a permanent suspension if we can just make it go away? You had to agree to the TOS to signup, and by doing so you agreed not to use nulled software.

Closing the ticket, this issue's as resolved as it's gunna get - you're permanently suspended, the account is permanently locked, and you can't get another account while this one still exists. Opening more tickets won't change anything other than making things worse on yourself, so don't risk it.
