Why is my account suspended?

The reason given is "No ads" which makes no sense.

What doesn't make sense about it? Seems pretty straight forward.

Well, for one thing, I don't have any ads.

And thats why you are suspended. Under your hosting package, you are required to show the x10 advertisement that is for your package.

Once you are unsuspended, visit : http://x10hosting.com/account/ads
It should have the ad code needed to be placed on your site.

Remember, it has to be placed on every public viewable page.

We have multiple plan types, you picked the plan with ads. It sounds like you skipped reading through ALL the sign-up information as it's stated multiple times that you must place the ads =P.
