Why is my Apache down?

I was wondering if anyone here in unofficial support might have some idea as to why my apache FTP and cpanel services are down. They are listed as such on myaccount panel, but I am on Lotus and according to the forum stickythese services are up. I'm listed as "unsuspended" and don't believe my account has been suspended for inactivity because I purchased the option to have the inactivity timer disabled.

Anyone have any ideas or hear of this happening?

Sometimes the servers go down. If the account management panel says they are down, then they are down for everybody on the server you're on. If it does not resolve itself within the next couple of hours, I would alert an admin by submitting a support ticket.
